The Assembly named "Mandal" was established in 1949 by villagers 104 Catley Patti, khog, Uttarakhand, organization working for promotion of social, educational, cultural, sports, art, traditional art of Uttaranchal and religious activities. The community of nearly 2000 members roll in Delhi and NCR. Murthy Shri Sai Baba (Shirdi road) was established in 27th of February, 2011. Donated Murthy and Shri Smt. "Shiv Sharan Singh rawat", a prominent social worker who is not only making its presence felt through his own custom rock but also rattan Catley as grant for his work for the community. It is currently "patron Mandal". Bhandara has been organized on that day a & family, which was attended by about 800 worshippers.
